A symbolic staged event at the during the opening week of COP21. Framing the tree as ‘actor’ in an urban drama of increasing city temperatures, damaging flood waters, polluted air and bio-diversity loss, an evergreen oak holds centre-stage as impetus to green cities and towns world-wide. Throughout the two weeks of the climate convention, a series of plantings of Beuys’ Acorn trees will take place across France and Paris.
Reaction. 2016 – 2020
A series of interventions, exhibitions, displays, performances, public talks initiated by the network of partners involved in Radical/Action phases
