The Last Ring – Installation on the Liquidamber tree- History Trees (by Timber Lodge Cafe, Queen Elizabeth Park London)

Installation of the bronze ring into the Metasquoia, Westfield entrance to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park London.

The final planting of our ‘History Trees’ on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London on the 2nd April 2015. The tree is a semi-mature 40 year old Liquidambar, weighing approx. 7 tons. The engraved ring will be installed in a few weeks time.

Planting 18 metre tall Metasequoia on the Westfield entrance to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on the 27th March 2015. Bronze ring to be suspended from the trunk in coming weeks.
